Habitat For Humanity

Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley is the locally run affiliate of the internationally successful nonprofit organization. Habitat for Humanity helps families in need to build and renovate affordable housing. Through labor volunteers, financial donors, and personal "sweat equity" from the families themselves this organization continues to provide this need. So when it came to the development of the site these 3 factors became the focus. The "Home Onwership" provides all the necessary information and paperwork for families looking to apply for help. Secondly we organized all the Volunteer information, providing labor volunteers the neccessary dowloadable applications, and financial donors online and offline ways to contribute. Lastly we wanted to inform all three parties of how, when, and where there contributions were being fulfilled. For this part we created a custom admin tool to allow HFHGV to easily manage and update an upcoming and current projects section. The calendar keeps volunteers informed of the future events which they can participate, and the current projects provides project status, locations, and even photo albums from the job site. Future Farm is proud to contribute our expertise to HFHGV and their cause and will continue to help.
