OVERVIEW:

Grubb & Ellis had an existing website but was not found on the search engines results page for any of the major search engines. Since Grubb & Ellis is an authority for commercial real estate in Montana they wanted to move some of their print advertising budget to search marketing.

GOALS:

Establish and increase Grubb & Ellis’s search marketing visibility which was at 0. Target high volume search phrases in their market. We targeted the keywords and phrases: Montana Commercial Real Estate Sales Office Property Bozeman.

STRATEGY:

We used keyword research tools, competitor website analysis, along with our optimization techniques to index and rank www.mtcommercialre.com In addition, we implemented a series of underlying design changes to the website that accomplished our marketing objectives.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

www.mtcommercialre.com now dominates Google’s search results for the major keywords in their industry. They went from zero search engine visitors to an average of 850 visitors per 3 month period within a 3 month period.
